Mission Checklist

When a mission is successfully synchronized, the mission checklist will pop up automatically. You can also click the status bar at the top to show the mission checklist.

Essential Requirements

• The GPS signal is better than "Very Good". At this level the aircraft should be able to search for more than 10 satellites.

• Home Location is set.

• Inertial Measurement Units(IMU) and Compass states are normal.

Conditional Requirements

• The remainning battery power of the aircraft is greater than the preset threshold of returning home, which is usually 20-25 percent.

The states displayed on the mission checklist can only be used as a reference for flight safety. Because DJI has a lot of models, the compatibility of different versions of software and hardware cannot be guaranteed. It may happen that the aircraft is in normal state, but the checklist still shows abnormality.

However, you can click button on the flight panel to start the mission without waiting for the ready state of checklist.

Get Better GPS Signal

In certain terrain and weather conditions, it may be difficult to get a strong GPS signal on the ground sufficient to start a mission.

In this case, you can manually take off the aircraft, and then start the mission after getting a stronger GPS signal in the air.

When starting a mission in the air, make sure the home location is set as expected.

Legacy DJI Checklist

Clickbutton to show a legacy checklist like DJI GO.

Flight Simulation

Clickbutton to turn on/off the simulation mode.

The aircraft wil not takeoff or turn on motors in the simulation mode, but all the flight data, position, and altitude will be refreshed in real time by simulating the real flight status, and the actions of taking photos, videos and adjusting the angle of the gimbal will also be executed.

You can simulate the whole process of mission indoor, and adjust the mission with the simulation result to get a better plan for the real flight.

Free Member can only fly in the simulation mode.
